What is SMMPlugin?
SMMPlugin is a cloud platform that connects your WooCommerce store to SMM panels. When a customer places an order on your shop, the system automatically sends it to the SMM panel and keeps the order status updated — no manual work required.
Do I still need to install anything on WordPress?
Yes — a lightweight connector plugin (free). It takes 2 minutes: install, paste your API key from account.smmplugin.com, and you're done. The connector syncs your products and forwards orders to our cloud system.
What SMM panels are supported?
Any panel that follows the standard SMM panel API (the same protocol used by thousands of panels worldwide). On the Free plan, you use the panels we've already integrated. On the Ultra plan, you can connect any custom SMM panel by adding its URL and API key.
What is the difference between Free and Pro?
The Free plan gives you 1 WooCommerce site, 50 orders per month, and access to integrated SMM panels. Ultra plans add custom SMM panels and higher order volume: Ultra ($27/mo, up to 1,000 orders), Ultra+ ($88/mo, up to 5,000 orders), and Ultra Max ($199/mo, unlimited orders).
How does the order flow work?
Customer places order on WooCommerce → your site sends it to SMMPlugin via the connector → SMMPlugin routes it to the correct SMM panel → the order is placed automatically → status updates (processing, completed, cancelled) are synced back to WooCommerce in real time.
Can I manage multiple WooCommerce sites?
Yes. You can add as many WooCommerce sites as you want from a single SMMPlugin account, all on the Free plan. Each site gets its own API key and its own product–service mappings.
Is the connector plugin free?
Yes, the WordPress connector plugin is completely free. You can download it from your account dashboard after signing up.
What happened to the old SMMPlugin ULTRA?
The cloud system is the natural evolution of SMMPlugin ULTRA. Instead of a plugin that runs on your server, the logic now runs in our cloud — meaning no manual updates, no server load, and centralized management for all your sites. If you were on ULTRA, the migration takes minutes.
Where are my data stored?
Your store data is handled in secure cloud infrastructure and kept to the information needed to process, sync, and troubleshoot orders, such as order references, quantities, and delivery details passed by WooCommerce.
How do I get support?
You can reach us through the contact form on the Contact Us page. Ultra plan users get priority response times.
