PanelHelper alternative

Run 5,000 SMM orders/month from one dashboard — no WP server load

PanelHelper was great when your shop did 50 orders a day. SMMPlugin Cloud is built for what comes next: multiple stores, team access, automatic recovery, and continuous security audits.

The problem with PanelHelper

Specific things our customers told us before switching — not generic complaints.

WooCommerce slows to a crawl past 500 orders/day

PanelHelper runs every order, retry, and status sync inside your WP database. Once volume grows, checkout latency spikes and admin pages freeze — exactly when you can least afford it.

No real multi-store management

Running 3 niche stores? You install, configure, and update PanelHelper three separate times. There is no single pane to see panel balance, failed orders, or margins across sites.

Manual order recovery when a panel fails

When your upstream SMM panel returns an error, PanelHelper marks the WC order failed and walks away. You refund the customer by hand — or lose them.

Plugin updates can block sales

A broken update to PanelHelper or an incompatible WC release takes your storefront down until you roll back. Cloud means we ship fixes — you never touch a zip file.

Security audited only when something breaks

A self-hosted plugin is only as secure as the WP server it runs on. API keys to your SMM panel sit in wp_options on shared hosting. SMMPlugin Cloud is SOC-aligned and continuously audited.

From resellers who already switched

We were rebooting our WP host twice a week to clear stuck PanelHelper crons. After the migration our order page actually loads in under a second.

PanelHelper → SMMPlugin: common questions

Is SMMPlugin a drop-in replacement for PanelHelper?+

Yes. SMMPlugin connects to the same SMM panel APIs PanelHelper supports and maps to your existing WooCommerce products. The upcoming auto-migration tool reads your PanelHelper configuration and recreates panels and product mappings in the cloud dashboard.

Will I have to reinstall anything on my WordPress site?+

You install a lightweight connector plugin once. After that all order processing, retries, and status syncing happens in the SMMPlugin cloud — your WP server only handles the storefront.

How does pricing compare to PanelHelper?+

SMMPlugin has a genuinely useful Free tier (up to 5,000 orders/month) and paid plans starting where most PanelHelper users already are. See /#pricing for current plans.

When is the PanelHelper auto-migration tool available?+

It is in private beta now. Request access from /contact-us and we will import your panels and product mappings for you while it is in beta.

Can I keep using PanelHelper on some sites while testing SMMPlugin on others?+

Yes. SMMPlugin runs independently per connected site, so you can migrate one store at a time with no impact on the others.
